🔴Curved Canals is not a big deal when you have aflexible blue files and the experience in how to manage such cases safely .
🔴here in this case i used flexible blue files from Cicada dental Dental Link Egypt .
🔴the access cavity was limited to the caries structure mesially and the the accessiblity was easily established so there was no need to expand the access cavity more .
🔴irrigation using my routine protocol EDTA , NaoCl , CHX and sonic activation
🔴obturated using nRoot from Delta Dent
