lower molar can be frustrating some time , after carefull examination with preoperative radiographs and clinical examination we didn’t manage to find any extra canals mesially it was only 1 centred single canal without any splits .
mechanical preparation was done using cicada rotary files from Dental Link
irrigation & sonic activation , EDTA , NaOCl , CHX
obturation using nRoot bioceramic from Delta Dent
