an Endodontic treatment for upper second premolar

premolars some times can be deceiving in the following case every thing appeared normal on direct X-ray view on preoperative radiograph , it’s just proximal carious lesion and 2 canals in a single root .

while negotiating canals it was very difficult to reach patency on the buccal canal which made me suspect there is some thing wrong i had to double check with an initial file radiograph which revealed a coalescence between buccal and palatal canals .

the roots were shaped using Tc-Files “Videya” and obturation was done using CLC and bio-C “Angelus” bioceramic sealer .
