A non Surgical approach to restore over extended obturation material in a lower first premolar using D1 , #10 k and #30 H files (Videya) and gutta-percha solvent .
after many attempts I managed to restore the over extended part and root canal disinfection was carried out over 2 weeks using CaOH paste , EDTA and CHX .
Case was obturated and followed up for 2 weeks before a Full coverage Zircon Crown was constructed wait for my next post with Clinical pictures and Crown Fabrication .
