🔴A case of lower second molar was refered to our clinic with sever pain and swelling .
🔴the case was previously subjected to endodontic retreatment procedure in which a perforation ⚠ in the messiolingual canal was created as result of the faulty using of 🤷‍♀️stiff retreatment files in curved root canal❎ .
🔴in the first visit the passage was corrected to the main lumen of the canal and all the old obturation material was removed , intracanal medication placement for 12 days .
🔴next visit the perforation was repaired and obturation was carried out .
