A Retreatment Case of lower first molar with Metal post

🛑In Such Retreatment Cases and Necrotic teeth with PeriApical Lesions i Always prefer using bioCeramic sealer .
🛑less post operative pain , higher bio-inductive effect and higher ability to fill all the gaps that may cause failure in the future.
🛑Here in this Case i use nRoot from Delta Dent .
