a case of irreversible pulpitis of lower left first molar with calcifiction in the pulp champer + partially calcified canals
a patient came to our clinic with sever pain in the lower left side , on clinical examination the lower first molar was found to have an old white restoration which apeared to have leaky margins and black spots .
the tooth was tendre to percusion and senstive to air on the distal margine
on Radiographic examination the pulp champer showed a larg pulp stone and narrowing in the pulpal space on the mesial and distal canals .
IANB was done to control the pain but the patient still have pain on drilling after evaluation the IASB was successful so a supplemental anesthesia technique was carried out throw intraligamental anasthesia and intrapulpal after access was gaind
