– A Referred case with A broken NITI file 25/06 beyond the orifice by 1 mm to the Apex 
– file was exposed using Sharpened ultrasonic tip ED14 and A Classic modified Tube technique was used to grip and Remove the file .
-The canals were Found narrow and Calcified so i Carried out the preparation using EDTA & N-Files (Videya) with off centric Rectangular Cross section which is safe in such Cases .
– intracanal Medicament were packed in the canals , tooth was built up Using GIC and case is set to recall after 2 weeks .
