🔴2 Years Follow up
🔴The effect of good root canal disinfection + using my own intracanal medication technique followed by the perforation & root canal sealing using MTA .
🔴case was followed up for 2 years with minimal progress in the first 14 month but still the fistula disappeared with zero mobility or pain .
🔴 by god well the case showed a perfect healing in the last follow up visit and a well formed lamina dura on the distal root side .
🔴To be followed up 1 more year …….
🔴non surgical treatment throw pfm crown .
